My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The rooms were spacious and had a great view of the inner harbor, which was a nice touch. Although the room wasn't ready until 3:45 PM, the staff didn't offer any accommodation for the wait, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the room felt a little warm regardless of adjusting the thermostat. However, the room exceeded my expectations with a good size and a convenient sitting area, especially since we were getting ready for a wedding at the same time.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were exceptionally clean and very comfortable, though a bit on the small side. Unfortunately, the road noise was quite noticeable until late at night. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely polite, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. The location was convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, although it was slightly away from the main attractions.
I had a perfect stay at the hotel with lovely rooms that were comfortable, although there was a slight odor. The staff went above and beyond throughout my visit, even offering extra rewards, making my experience prompt and efficient. The location was ideal, within walking distance of many attractions. The dining experience was meh but had world-famous seasoned fries. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
